International Development Projects

MSE is an international environmental consulting firm supporting U.S. federal agencies such as the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) worldwide. MSE staff have conducted project work in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas, Africa, and Australia.
